I recently had an exceptional stay at 18St. Hostel in Espinho, Portugal. I was blown away by the incredible hospitality of Diogo and his family, who made us feel like we were staying with friends rather than in a hostel. The attention to detail was evident when I lost my wallet, but the staff went above and beyond to help me find it, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. The cozy sitting area and terrace were perfect spots to unwind after a day of surfing, offering a peaceful ambiance and comfortable surroundings. The provision of tea and coffee facilities added a touch of homeliness, allowing me to enjoy a warm beverage while soaking in the beautiful garden views. The shared kitchen was impeccably clean and well-equipped with cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals and connect with other guests in a communal setting. The location near various dining options like Fernando Dos leitoes and Perles de Chocolat provided convenient choices for dining out, and the proximity to Denisov Cafe and Elevens Caffe allowed for easy access to delicious local treats. 18St. Hostel exceeded all my expectations, offering a top-notch experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Porto or looking for a relaxing stay in Espinho.
